The 5 Gem Jacket is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or 14k Gold Gem Ball as well. These two metals fuse well together to give you solid piece. These are also internally threaded for your comfort and the 5 Gem Jacket Setting can be made in either White or Yellow Gold.
